Welcome, and thank you for your interest in FirstRouter ("FirstRouter," "we," or "us") and our website at https://firstrouter.ai (the "Site"), along with our related websites, networks, applications, and services provided by us (collectively, the "Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding contract between you and FirstRouter regarding your use of the Service.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS CAREFULLY. BY CLICKING "I ACCEPT," OR BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, INCLUDING OUR PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MAY NOT USE THE SERVICE.
1. FirstRouter Service Overview
FirstRouter operates a large language model API aggregator, allowing users to access third-party application programming interfaces ("APIs") to utilize various generative artificial intelligence models listed on the Site ("AI Models"). FirstRouter may add or remove AI Models from the Service at any time without notice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 13 years old; (b) you have not previously been suspended or removed from the Service; and (c) your use complies with all applicable laws. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian permission. If you use the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Accounts and Registration
To access most features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@firstrouter.ai if you believe your account is compromised.
4. Payment
4.1 Pre-Paid Credits; Refunds
Access to the Service may require purchasing pre-paid credits. FirstRouter currently processes payments via Stripe in U.S. dollars. Refunds for unused credits may be requested within 24 hours after purchase by emailing contact@firstrouter.ai. Platform fees (4.6%) are non-refundable.
4.2 Credit Expiration
Credits expire 365 days from the purchase date.
4.3 No Auto Recharge
Auto Recharge is not currently supported. Users must manually purchase additional credits as needed.
4.4 Changes to Fees
FirstRouter reserves the right to adjust pricing and fee structure at any time with notice. Continued use of the Service after such changes indicates your acceptance.
5. User Content
5.1 Inputs and Outputs
You may input prompts into the Service and receive outputs generated by third-party AI models. You retain any rights to your inputs. Ownership of output content is subject to each model's own terms.
5.2 Prompt Logging and Chat Logging
By default, FirstRouter does not log or store user prompts, chats, or outputs. We do not use user data to train models.
5.3 Model Training and Privacy
FirstRouter forwards inputs to third-party model providers. Training and logging behavior depends on the provider. Users are encouraged to consult model-specific terms where applicable.
